1) Product Quality

Do your cufflinks come in a pair or in giftbox? 

Our cufflinks are all priced by pair. It includes a luxurious velvet giftbox and bag that is gift-ready for personal use or others. Gift order will also come with a card for free.

Where are your products from?

Our products are imported from all over the world. Our cufflinks are made of rhodium plated copper / aluminum. Rhodium is a more durable material than other precious metals and does not usually cause allergies. Rhodium is also a very reflective and shiny metal, which will not tarnish or rust over time, hence no polishing is required.

What if I am not satisfied with the product quality?

We do our best to ensure our products are of top-notch quality. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. More information on returns can be found under 5) Returns Policy.

2) Customized Cufflinks

You are always welcome to customize the cufflinks!
Engraving costs HK$100/ pair and will take 3 additional business days for processing, depending on quantity. For each engraving service, we accept only one position for engraving per piece.

For best result, we recommend the engraving should be no more than 10 letters.

*Please note that engraved cufflinks are non-returnable/refundable.*

Instructions on ordering engraved cufflinks:
I. Pick your preferred cufflinks and add to cart.
II. Go to "Engraving"
III. Add product "Engraving" to cart.
IV. Specify the below information in the message box during checkout:

3) Shipping & Delivery

What modes of delivery are available?

We offer free registered mail with order >HK$400. Items will reach your mailbox in 2-3 working days after shipped for Hong Kong address or 5-10 working days for international address. For order <HK$400, it will cost HK$20 to ship via registered mail.

Express shipping is charged at HK$30 for Hong Kong/Mainland China/Macau/Taiwan and US$30 for all other countries.

Next day delivery is charged at HK$150, only available for industrial/ commercial addresses in Hong Kong for orders purchased before 10pm on current day. Kindly note customized cufflinks are not applicable for next-day delivery. For more information, please visit our "Shipping Information" page.

What if I don’t receive my package?

Tracking number will be provided upon delivery. You should receive the shipping confirmation email 1  working day after your order date and you can track your order at Hong Kong Post / S.F. Express / Fedex, depending on the selected delivery partner. If you are unable to trace your tracking number, please contact us.

4) Payment

5) Return Policy

Returns are Easy!

We do our best to ensure that our products are of top-notch quality.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via email with subject "Return Inquiry" within 3 days of delivery and cite your invoice/product name and reason for returns. We will accept items that are undamaged and in their original velvet giftbox and pouch. Please note that customized cufflinks are not refundable or exchangeable because they are one of a kind specially made for each customer.

We will mail you a replacement cufflink once the item is shipped to us and we will credit a full refund into your account or send you a cufflinks voucher for the equivalent value within 3-5 working days.

Points to note:

- Product exchanges are subject to availability. If the product you want is no longer available, we are happy to exchange it for something of a similar value.

- We recommend that you use registered mail for ALL refund and exchanges claims, as we cannot be responsible for items should they be lost in transit.

- We will refund your reasonable postage costs of a return if we determine the product is faulty. In this situation, where we send you a replacement product, we will do so at our cost.

- The above applies to both Hong Kong and Global orders.
